My long-time good buddy and Uber-Gearhead on the east coast shot a few pix at this year’s Dead Man’s Curve show in Mahwah, New Jersey, and was happy to share them on autophocus.com. Some really interesting machines featured here including a perfect example of the legend Bill Jenkins’ Super Stock Camaro. I’m still trying to figure out if it’s a clone or the actual car (with NJ tags?). And it’s nice to see the straight-axle gasser look is going strong.
Now that I’ve spent the last 10 years living in the Las Vegas area and attending SEMA shows, I have to say, east coast customs and hot rods are just as wild and well built as the cars out here. The only problem with the east coast is they don’t have nearly as much time to enjoy driving their cars in nice dry weather.
